Wellbeing

By aligning wellbeing initiatives with strategic goals, I've enabled increased productivity and financial performance. I've delivered wellbeing assessments, custom recommendations, and implementation plans.

I am a Board Member for the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) Massachusetts and I’ve been a mental health advocate for them for ten years -  as a Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) storyteller for Massachusetts law enforcement, as a family member speaker in 'Allies for Student Mental Health' , and as an instructor for NAMI Basics.​​
